Customer Segmentation Analysis
The analysis segmented the company customer base into different clusters. The customer segmentation analysis helped in understanding the diverse customer groups within the company's customer base. The separate customers clusters were defined by certain characteristics, behaviors, and purchase history.

Customer Life Time Value Analysis
The analysis aimed to predict the lifetime value of a customer, starting from their first domain purchase - a crucial metric for understanding the long-term revenue potential of each customer segment.
Outcomes of the analysis:
- Went on to guide marketing and customer retention strategies

- Informed resource allocation decisions, especially in marketing. By understanding the different customer segments and their potential value. The company was able to allocate resources more effectively to achieve specific growth goals.

UI/UX Conversion Rate Analysis
The analysis required design and execution of an A/B test, where there were two versions of a website and domain search. Users were randomly assigned to one of these versions.

The primary metric of interest was user conversion rates, which is defined by the rate at which a user makes a purchase on the two different versions of the website.
